Job Description
We’re looking for energetic, articulate, and capable Trainee Salesforce Innovators to join a new team of Innovators based in Pune.
You’ll join us on a full-time basis and help us expand our delivery capability after successfully learning technical and business analysis skills in Salesforce CRM.
Under the guidance and mentorship of a senior member of the delivery team, in your initial months you’ll learn the essential elements of Salesforce CRM including administration, development and building AppExchange products.
After successfully completing your training, you’ll join our team of Salesforce Innovators, performing technical and operational development activities which may also include interfacing and supporting the wider consulting team at our parent company, CRM Team Global.
You’ll need to be fully aligned with our company core values of Trust, Respect, Excellence, Action and Teamwork and enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast-moving technology sector.
The Impact You’ll Have
In a typical working month, after completing your training, you’ll…
- work with the leadership team on delivering and testing technical solutions in Salesforce based on requirements of features and functionality on the technical roadmaps for our AppExchange apps
- design, create and execute test plans for our app and services technology to reduce bugs and deflect support cases
- successfully deliver app and custom solutions, guided by your Technical Lead and Product Owner
As an important member of our delivery team, you’ll ultimately have responsibilities for helping us achieve our company growth targets through the efficient delivery of scalable apps and custom solutions. After completing your training, you’ll grow to…
- write high-performance, scalable code initially using Apex, VisualForce and JavaScript to deliver solutions based on identified requirements
- create robust, assert-focused test classes to validate code and reduce the risk of regressions
- provide helpful critique in peer reviews of code developed by your Innovator colleagues
- undertake quality assurance tests of peer-developed code to ensure that the team delivers quality solutions that comply not only with business requirements, but also follow security and performance best practices to pass Salesforce’s AppExchange Security Review
- ensure that code management and continuous improvement best practices are followed for application development and testing
- support and enhance existing AppExchange app technologies
- be hands-on as needed to ensure that deadlines and milestones are met
- report delivery performance to your management team
Requirements
- Excellent in both written and verbal communications - articulate English speaking
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant technology (e.g. Computing)
- Demonstrable experience in at least one programming language, e.g. C/C++/Java/Python/PHP
- Understand the concepts of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Good understanding of OOPS concepts
